**Areas of Responsibility and Key Tasks**
- To plan, prepare and deliver a range of sessions, with guidance/instruction from the Operations Manager. Working alongside other Mentors for positive outcomes and progress for our students
- To liaise with Operations Managerand CEO prior to sessions to ensure plans are appropriate and role needs and expectations are met
- To create and maintain an engaging, fun, and supportive environment, demonstrating flexibility in planning and running sessions in response to varying/changing needs of our young people
- To ensure that all sessions are accessible to a variety of learners
- To be aware of and comply with all MIAG Ltd Policies and Procedures
- To participate in mandatory/other training and performance management meetings as required
- To always observe confidentiality
- To be confident to undertake lone working including transporting students (own car an advantage)
- To undertake all duties reasonably requested by the Operations Manager and CEO
- Salary - negotiable, dependent on experience
- Ensure all safeguarding is reported and recorded in line with MIAG policies
- Working hours to include Academic School Terms

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
