Due to a sustained period of growth, Borne Interiors have an exciting opportunity for experienced SALES SUPPORT to join their hard-working team at their offices & warehouse in STOURBIRDGE.

**Role Overview**:
This role is to oversee the ongoing development of the company, generate new business, maintaining client relationships and developing growth strategies. Borne Interiors are looking for a passionate individual to drive the business forward with an innovative approach to the workload. You will be working alongside a team of experienced and skilled project managers to prioritise client experience and communication. Supporting with current and new projects in the pipeline to ensure the client’s needs are met above expectations.

Excellent time-management skills, independent drive, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering an on-brand experience are key skills for this role. This position offers the opportunity to build a career in an upcoming and exciting furniture brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proficient in using Sage software to raise Purchase Orders and book deliveries in.
- Sourcing furniture from suppliers to meet client expectations and costs.
- Offer support and resolutions to the account managers.
- Provide follow up care and problem solving as needed.
- Understand the production and logistics processes to aid in the management of client’s expectations.
- Producing quotations for clients and checking through for accuracy.
- Ordering and procuring sample furniture.
- Ensuring all price lists are up to date and maintaining accurate records.
- Reading and deciphering floor plans accurately.
- Offer support and solutions to team members and co-workers.**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years in a sales support job role, possibly in furniture and/or interiors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient user of IT systems, both Sage and Microsoft packages (essential).
- Ability to work under pressure and a quick thinker.
- Highly organised, perceptive, and motivated person.
- A true problem solver, passionate to resolve any issue that might arise.
- Multi task and juggle assignments and responsibility.
