**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to sales goals through effective communication and upselling techniques.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Utilise effective time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Strong ability to sell products and services while providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage for bilingual communication.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
- Strong organisational skills to maintain store presentation and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Effective time management skills to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.46-£10.88 per hour
