We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join the Coventry University Recruitment and Admissions Team.

The post holder will provide effective support services within the Immigration and Advise Team, working closely with the Quality and Compliance Officers, Immigration and Advise Managers and Immigration and Advise Assistants on a day-to-day basis providing administrative support using the systems adopted by CURA to ensure the smooth flow of work in all aspects of the team's functions.

Although the post holder will be line managed by the International Advice and Immigration Manager in CURA, they will have a 'dotted line' to the Principal Registry Officer (compliance) in the International Student Compliance Team to continue to build strong relationships around this process, continue to improve student experience and support with the ISC BRP reconciliation.

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1. Work proactively with other members of the Immigration and Advise Team and the Registry Compliance team supporting with all administrative work relating to compliance.

2. To operationalise, maintain and update administrative processes related to the effective and timely processing and hand over of BRPs to the University's International Students Compliance Team in accordance with UKVI compliance and University processes

3. Adhere to all UKVI and University BRP security measures; ensuring BRPS are handled, transported and stored securely at all times to prevent loss/theft.

4. Provide daily administrative support and continuous monitoring of BRPs throughout the University's recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with the audit requirements for this process.

6. Support in all UKVI reporting and compliance activities managed by the team, pre
- and post-enrolment

8. Ensure accurate applicant and student records are maintained in preparation for compliance related audits. Liaise with and supporting colleagues with planning any UKVI or other external audits.
