**Position Overview**:
We are looking for skilled and reliable Construction Workers with some prior experience for our upcoming project in Barry, Wales. This role is ideal for those who have a background in the Ministry of Defence, ex-military personnel, or individuals with experience in defence-related environments. Your construction experience, combined with a strong understanding of security and safety protocols, will be highly valued.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Labour**: Carry out various construction tasks, including material handling, site preparation, and maintaining site cleanliness and safety.
- **Support Tradespeople**: Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as setting up equipment, mixing materials, and other necessary duties.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site, with an emphasis on MoD-specific requirements.
- **Security Vigilance**: Maintain strict security awareness, following all protocols required for working on MoD sites.
- **Site Operations**: Contribute to the efficient and effective operations of the construction site, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Construction Experience**: Previous experience in construction work is required, particularly in roles involving manual labour and working as part of a team.
- **Defence Background**: Experience in the military or working on MoD sites is highly desirable.
- **Health & Safety Knowledge**: Understanding of health and safety practices, especially those relevant to high-security environments.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well within a team, showing reliability and a strong work ethic.
- **Physical Fitness**: Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
- **Security Clearance**: Must be eligible for or possess the necessary security clearances required for MoD sites.
