**About us**

Bread Ahead are an Artisan Bakery and Bakery School with a presence throughout London, currently based in Wembley, Chelsea, Borough Market, Hampstead, South Kensington and Vauxhall.

**About the role**

Bread Ahead are seeking seasonal temporary retail team members to join us the busy festive season

Customer service will be the main focus of your role, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the day.

Situated front of house, you will be responsible for setting up stalls and displays, handling deliveries and inventory checks, taking customer orders and upselling where appropriate, serving our delicious products and producing coffee and other drinks, assisting with customer queries and complaints alongside supporting your team members in the kitchen and bakery with day-to-day tasks as required to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Presentation and hygiene standards are a priority at all times, and you will be expected to ensure these are maintained consistently through adherence to our “clean as you go” policy as well ensuring as our food safety and hygiene standards are met without exception.

**About you**

You will have some previous experience in a retail setting, preferably working with food and drink.
