What's the role about?:
**Ad Planning and Reporting Executive**

**GIG (an Advantage Smollan company)**

**Full time, Permanent**

**Salary**: £20,000 + Company Bonus + 27 days holiday (+ birthday off)

**Working**: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (with some flexibility available)

**Location**: Hybrid Role - 2 days from our Leeds Head Office and 3 days from Home

We are looking for 2 individuals to join our team_**

**_ Your role will involve producing post campaign analysis to drive future campaign planning - _**
**_Working with GIG’s largest client, ASDA_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Production of post campaign analysis reports, following agreed processes - Some automatically produced and uploaded and some instances where results will need investigating with the relevant Category Manager
- Keeping track of and flagging any issues with reports or any data anomalies to the department lead
- Highlight any reports that could be relevant for future case studies
- Support Account Management team with any questions they have on PCAs
- Understand the end to end reporting process and methodologies and suggest any improvements
- Cover Ad Planning & Reporting Manager’s absence

**Requirements**:
- Demonstration of an understanding of media performance metrics and methodologies - Either through study or work experience- Teamwork- Data interpretation and manipulation- Task management and prioritisation- Microsoft package knowledge: Powerpoint and Excel
