**Reporting to the Night Manager, the Night Receptionist is responsible for**:
As Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operational running of the whole hotel throughout the night. You will act as a Manager on Duty and be a point of contact for any issues or guest enquiries should they come up.

We are looking for an experienced, engaged and passionate Night Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest service throughout the night shift.

You will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, dealing with guest enquiries, banking procedures, overseeing the night time cleaning and food and beverage operation, and also have security responsibilities.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 years experience in a Night Receptionist role within a similar size hotel.
- Advantage knowledge of Protel PMS System

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.10 per hour
