**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as Luxury Retail Assistant based at our Manchester Airport store location with options to work across other store locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, while representing the brand with professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Delivering Exceptional Customer Service**:

- Providing personalised and attentive service to all customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Building strong customer relationships and fostering loyalty.

**Sales & Merchandising**:

- Actively engaging with customers to promote sales and achieve sales targets.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and confidently advising customers on product selection and styling.
- Ensuring the store is impeccably presented, with merchandise displayed in an organised manner.
- Assisting with stock management, including receiving, processing, and displaying new arrivals.

**Brand Representation**:

- Representing the brand values and image with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintaining a high level of personal presentation and adhering to brand guidelines.

**Operational Duties**:

- Assisting with daily operational tasks, such as cash handling, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and secure at all times.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Passion for luxury goods and a genuine interest in fashion and homeware.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 28 per week
