We are a leading property management company who work within a fast paced working environment who now seeking Cleaner & Facilities Assistants to join our existing team at out Woking site starting ASAP on a temporary basis covering holiday & sickness Ourworking hours are 8am-4.30pm with half an hour lunch and 2x 15 breaks, paying £10.50per hour plus holiday accrual.

Reporting to the Site Manager you will be working as part of a larger team you will be looking after our customers communal areas within the residential apartment blocks.
Tasks involved within this role include but are not limited to:

- To carry out internal communal area cleaning e.g. vacuuming, dusting and inspections.
- To keep areas clean and tidy by litter picking and sweeping, and to disinfect bin stores.
- To maintain the security and safety of the property through the appropriate care of any access cards and keys.
- To assist other trades as and when required to ensure that residents and property owners receive the best possible quality service.
- To maintain and update records of activities as required and report matters as they arise.

Duties may also include reporting building defects, for example the lift might be broken or there might a broken window or doors aren't shutting correctly.

To be considered for the Cleaner & Facilities Assistant position you will ideally have worked within a similar role previously, but this isn’t essential, be happy to work own initiative, be used to physically demanding work, be reliable, take pride in yourwork and have a desire to consistently provide a high standard of customer service, have good communication skills.
