**Overview**

**Duties**
- Fabricate wooden crates according to design specifications and customer requirements.
- Assemble components using hand tools and power tools, ensuring precision and quality in every crate produced.
- Perform heavy lifting as required to move materials and completed crates within the warehouse environment.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in the use of hand tools (such as saws, hammers, and drills) and power tools (such as nail guns).
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 40 kg) consistently throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Capability to follow instructions accurately while working independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in fabrication or assembly work is advantageous but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Additional pay:

- Yearly bonus
