**Integration Supervisor**
We have an exciting full time, permanent opportunity** **to join our existing Integration team**.** We are looking for those of you who wish to grow with us as a business in our Bromsgrove office with hybrid working.

Our Integration Supervisor would be responsible for helping to ensure that any company acquisition projects are integrated smoothly into the business. This role would be working alongside the Integration Manager to oversee the Integration team’s due diligence process and consideration of operational points for the wider business.

**Key Responsibilities as our Integration Supervisor will include**:

- To motivate and continuously develop a team of Integration Administrators.
- Support Senior Managers and wider business with the analysis of each acquisition to ensure all projects are efficiently integrated into the business including
- Supporting with the preparation of Integration Proposal reports for Senior Management, detailing the Integration strategy for each acquisition.
- Management of all acquisition queries, liaising with all 3rd parties (e.g. vendors, providers), identifying any process improvements throughout.
- Creating and Maintaining project plans

**What we are looking for in our ideal Integration Supervisor**:

- Experience of working with acquisitions, preferably in a financial services environment
- Previous experience of coaching and supporting team members
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- A motivational, collaborative, and supportive approach to leading a team, that inspires and develops staff in equal measure
- A calm, analytical and solution focused approach to problem solving
- To be able to build and sustain effective professional working relationships across all levels of the business
