**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor stock levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in inventory management as needed.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is essential.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques, drink recipes & bar equipment is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
