We are looking for a skilled and qualified procurement professional to take on the responsibility for development and implementation of Gateshead College’s Procurement strategy.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Developing College’s Procurement Strategy and approach to Procurement;
- Managing College’s Tender and Contracting processes;
- Reporting on Procurement to College’s Executive Team and Governors;
- Provide expert training and advice on Procurement, to staff at all levels;
- Support College in achieving maximum Value-for-Money from procurement.

Ideally we would like you to be a qualified or part-qualified member of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). However, we will consider appropriate equivalent alternative qualifications.
