**Who is SIS (Solutions in Service)**

SIS encourage and provide social inclusion opportunities through use of local amenities and services for example day centres, support groups and leisure activities with the intention of integrating clients back into the community.

Our teams provide outstanding care and support, working with individuals to understand their needs and help them to achieve their goals and ambitions. **Supporting People**
- Provide support to individuals with additional needs through our person-centred approach.
- With dignity and care to maximise their independence, putting them at the centre of everything you do
- Provide social inclusion opportunities through use of local amenities such as leisure attractions, walks, skilled activities, and support with gaining employment and recognised qualifications.
- Support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, and encouraging good personal hygiene.
- Ensure the people we support are always safeguarded, by following accurate up to date care plans

**What do you get in return**

Hours: Full time / Part Time / Waking Night

Rate: £10 per hour

Overtime / Bank: £10 per hour

Sleep in: £44.33 (Not Contractual)

**Training**

We provide a wide range of **free** training bespoke to the service and individuals we support, which we regularly update to reflect current sector wide policy and best practice. Our training services are designed to offer advice and guidance in a range of areas to services that support people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health diagnoses.

**Service**

Abbots Grange is a supported living environment which is made up of 11 rooms all differentiating between a self-contained flat, sole rooms and rooms with cooking facilities and bathrooms. There are two communal kitchens one of which has a communal living area with smart TV and gaming console for group activities, two communal showers and three communal toilets. There is also a newly refurbished garden in which clients enjoy spending their time and excellent for group social inclusion. Abbots Grange is situated in an ideal location, with a ten minute walk into the centre of Chester and in a close proximity to local smaller shops, there are excellent travel links such as the Chester bus station and the Chester train station both of which are a ten minute walk away; Abbots Grange also has close links to local resource centres where clients can go and interact with others to benefit from building therapeutic relationships. Clients feel as though they can get around easily and are not confined to one area.

**Requirements**:
Ideally a driver but not essential.

Previous care experience is not essential as our fully paid induction and training programme ensures you are supported in your role.
