Cygnet Healthcare is currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join our team at Ranaich House in Stirling supporting individual adults with learning disabilities, and complex needs, including those with mental health or physical health needs.
At the Ranaich House site, you will find 12 en-suite bedrooms, two life skills kitchens, an on-site gym, and a modern sensory room. Ranaich House also has a spacious private garden with seating areas, a greenhouse, with a herb garden.
The Role:
As a support worker at Ranaich House, you will be working as part of a team supporting and assisting residents under our care.
During your shift, you will be
- Assisting residents in day to day activates
- Going out on excursions with residents to cinemas, local swimming baths, zoos, and other outings
- Promoting resident independence and development by assisting with key skills learnings
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs whilst becoming their key worker
- Undertaking on-site activities with residents such as Sensory Room Therapy
Shifts Times & Patterns:
You’ll be working full-time hours, on a mixed shift pattern across days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
We work a Two-week rolling rota, week one is 36 hours and then week two is 48 hours working two weekends a month.
