Here at YO we're on the lookout for a Talented individual to join our brand new 'Grab & Perch' concept.

Our Squad Leader role, is the YO equivalent of a Supervisor or Team Leader role.

With an array of hand rolled sushi, popular street food and Japanese snacks, we offer exciting dishes, bursting with authentic flavours making our food memorable and exciting. Within our new store, our Guests can enjoy their YO Favourites in a new environment, grabbing to go, or grabbing to perch and enjoy in store.

As a YO Squad Leader, you'll be fully trained you can cook rice, roll sushi and are passionate about giving our guests the best YO experience possible Our People find the all-round nature of this role rewarding and enjoy learning how to deliver every part of YO

We support our new Squad Leaders with structed training ensuring you have the tools and knowledge you need to grow into your new role and love what you do as much as we do.

**About you**:

- Ideally, you will already have some leadership experience, running shifts and driving results through engaged Teams
- You will have the passion and enthusiasm to learn how to prepare our menu and encourage our Guests to love it as much as we do
- Our food is all about flavour and giving all who eat it an amazing experience, you must have a keen eye for standards and always strive to deliver the best quality standards in your preparation of food and customer service
- You will have a warm and personable nature and a can-do attitude
- You will be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed
- You will be reliable and responsible, with excellent communication and the confidence to interact with our Guests
- You will be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards in a fast paced environment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be assisting your Manager in the daily running of our restaurant, preparing food and serving our Guests with a smile
- You will support your Manager to lead our fantastic YO Squad, inspiring them to follow your lead, and driving standards on shifts
- You will deliver sensational food quality and great customer service
- You will motivate your Team to mirror your high standards and create a culture of teamwork and support
- You will support your Manager to drive sales, manage stock and ordering procedures, ensuring your Kiosk hits production and wastage targets
- You will support your Manager to manage rotas and staff holidays, ensuring your kiosk hits its labour targets
- You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation, promoting a safe and healthy working environment for al
