Recruitment Resourcer
Response Personnel are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support the commercial division.

The working environment is fast paced and challenging, you must be capable of working to deadlines and perform well under pressure. You will be responsible for delivering against our clients staffing needs.

Full training provided

**Responsibilities:
- Using a range of job boards, LinkedIn, networking and referrals to find top talent
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond

**Skills / Experience
- Previous recruitment resourcing / talent sourcing experience gained either inhouse or from an agency advantageous.
- Applicants who thrive in target driven and challenging environments.
- Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload
- Team player with a “can do” attitude and natural willingness to learn
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience essential
