**The Role**:

- Inspire your team to deliver the owners vision, to bring a unique and immersive dining experience to our guests
- Show your experience and capability for managing high volume calls and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Develop a close working relationship with all departments, colleagues, and managers to ensure all guest expectations are met
- Driven to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets and offer assistance and training to team members if needed
- To oversee and personalise the VIP and VVIP guest journey
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of booking systems such as Seven rooms and OpenTable and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience
- Understand social media platforms and be confident in responding to guests in a professional and friendly tone
- Develop a strong understanding of our brand and promote them to our teams and guests
- Adapt your style to different situations and different customer requirements
- Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail to our guests.
- Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing
- Ability to travel to our HQ based in Swinton
- The reservations office will be open 9am-9pm seven days a week, the right person must be able to work weekends and flexible with hours worked
