McCarthy Stone are looking for experienced Care Supervisors, to be part of the team at The Dairy development in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

This is not traditional care, this is better

**Base Salary: £14.47 per hour day rate** and **£11.82** **SLEEPING** night rate per hour plus an **extra £1** for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday

**Hours**:37 hours a week**, mixture of day and evening shifts, weekday and weekends available.

Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.

Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am

Our Care Supervisors between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.

**About you**:

- You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- You will be located within an easily commutable distance from our estate.
- Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
- Able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
- Driven to continue to grow their skills and will want to lead by example and think on their feet.
- Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
