**Duties**
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
- Assist chefs with food preparation tasks, ensuring that all ingredients are ready for cooking.
- Help maintain stock levels by receiving deliveries and storing food items appropriately.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Support the cooking staff during busy periods by providing assistance as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules to uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
- A keen interest in culinary arts and food preparation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced kitchen staff.
