Due to continued growth we are now looking to recruit a trainee to join our Operations team on a full time basis (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday..

- Planning of PPM and one off works efficiently and to specified KPI’s
- Supporting the Operations Scheduler and Operations Manager
- Inputting completed inspections/checks
- Updating the PPM system
- Answering phone calls
- Liaising with clients
- Facilitate contracts
- Monitor Compliance on Contracts
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Setting up Suppliers
- Informing BDMs of potential quotes
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Dealing with incoming queries
- Liaising with engineers
- Generating reports
- Checking invoices
- Minuting meetings
- Being a point of call for engineers
- Booking hotels
- Completing work in accordance to documented procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14,605.50-£20,319.00 per year
