**Role overview**:The Quirky Kidz agency (QK) is a children’s talent management agency that represents PQA students. The Head Agent role is to manage all aspects of the agency ensuring that

QK is effective as a talent agency and also complimentary to the PQA brand. The Head Agent will work with PQA students, PQA Principals, casting directors and industry professionals to recruit and professionally represent PQA students nationwide.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Line management and mentorship of QK agency Team
- Maintaining and updating agency policies and procedures
- Successfully recruiting new clients from PQA student network in line with company objectives
- Representation and management of QK client base
- Leading and managing QK workshops and casting days
- Continuously reviewing and improving the client experience at casting days and events to get the best from clients and retain them longer
- Managing day to day agency tasks including negotiating contracts, invoicing, child performance licences, parent queries, client promotion and submissions
- To promote diversity and inclusivity in all QK activities
- Working the with finance team to prepare and manage and administer the QK department budget
- Building, maintaining and nurturing relationships with producers, casting directors and production companies
- Write, present and deliver the agency annual plan
- Supporting clients by attending showcases, theatre performances and HQ west end productions
- Staying current with the industry by participating in processional development courses, networking and keeping up to date with industry news
- Keeping client management systems up to date including updating CV’s, logging statistics
- Working with IT department, to keep the QK agency website up to date
- Working the marketing department to promote the agency
- Ensuring that any safeguarding queries are promptly referred to PQA’s safeguarding lead, taking action where appropriate
- Provide agency training to PQA Principals and the Head Office Teams as needed
- Create resources to promote QK and its work throughout the PQA network

**Essential skills and experience**:

- At least 2 years experience within a talent management agency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Full clear driving licence
- IT literate with experience of working with Microsoft products
- Training and facilitation experience
- Passion for the arts and making a difference to the lives of young people
- Strong negotiation skills

**Desirable skills and experience**:

- Experience working with children and young performers
- Training an facilitation skills
- Line management experience
- Customer service experience

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
