Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Thoroughly clean Airbnb properties and a private residence, including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, window cleaning, and bathroom cleaning.

Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.

Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.

Notify of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.

Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.

Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.

Adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.

Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

Customer-oriented and friendly.

Prioritization and time management skills.

Working quickly without compromising quality.

Fluent in the English language.

Comfortable with the use of various technology (camera and headset provided)

Work Schedule:
This is an ad-hoc position with a flexible schedule based on the booking calendar of Airbnb properties and the specific needs of the private residence.

Selection Process:
A quick phone interview to assess suitability.

If successful, attendance at a 1-hour in-person work trial at one of the properties (compensated for £50).
