The safety of our service users and colleagues is our priority and as such we encourage and support vaccination uptake as this remains the best line of defence against COVID-19. **What you will be doing** You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to women that have a diagnosis of an emerging or personality disorder. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledgeand skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life. It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because ofyou. You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn’t like a free massage at work? The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12 hours a day, 3-4 days a week. **Where you will be working** **Location**: New Road, Rougham Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP30 9LR You will be working at The Chimneys Clinic, a 12 bedded service providing specialist care that is specifically designed to support women that have a diagnosis of an emerging or personality disorder. Working alongside the multidisciplinary team at The Chimney’s, you will support with mindful practice, high levels of engagement and think on your feet to create activities to aid the recovery for each young woman within their journey.
