**What You’ll Do**:
Reporting directly to Hub General Manager you’ll adopt the working of our HS&E policy to ensure its implementation to minimise H&S risks within the Hub. This isn’t an easy job and at times you will have to deal with large volumes but at Evri we act and adapt. Fast. You’ll be given the space to get the job done, thinking quickly to hit moving targets.

**Day to day you’ll**:

- Support advise & practically promote HS&E to staff at all levels in fulfilling their responsibilities under the Policy.
- Provide advice on the design & implementation of suitable risk management systems & advice in the selection of physical control measures.
- Collate all accident reports as provided by locations, carrying out the analysis to produce the necessary recommendations to correct any identified needs or to correct any adverse trends.
- Completion of significant accident follow-up investigations across all locations & activities within their control, imposing clear & precise corrective measures to ensure accident reduction.
- Lead an effective management of HS&E related personal liability claims, link between insurers & Evri location.
- To strive for continual professional development via completion of certificated training qualification, attendance of internal development courses, attendance of briefings, workshops, update seminars & relevant personal reading.

**Essential Skills & Experience Required**:

- Prior experience within a similar Health & Safety operational role ideally within a large complex organisation
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills - you’ll be able to influence and persuade often conflicting internal audiences with ease
- IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications or equivalent

**Desirable Skills & Experience Required**:

- Any training or ‘train the trainer’ qualifications would be nice to have
