My client is an up and coming boutique recruitment agency that specialises in the Driving & Industrial sectors, and will soon be launching there commercial division.
They are now seeking a friendly and motivated Recruitment Administrator to support their team with providing end to end recruitment services for people and businesses.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Meet & greet visitors
- Providing administration support to the recruitment team
- Writing and placing job advertisements across social media platforms
- Reference checking
- Compliance checking - online
- Producing timesheets - online
- Payroll
- Inputting data onto the CRM
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
Required skills and experiences:
- Confident to communicate to people both on the phone and in person
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience of working in an administration / support role within the recruitment and / or HR Industry
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously
- Excellent skills with using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Well presented
- Team orientated
