We're looking for a talented Recruitment Advisor to join our client, a leading financial services firm, and play a key role in the delivery of a speedy, customer focused and effective recruitment service.
Offering a salary of circa £40,000 plus great benefits. Remote working arrangement can be offered however you will be expected to make regular visits to the company's West London Head Office.
**Responsibilities**
You would report into and work closely alongside the Recruitment Manager, helping implement the recruitment strategy and ensuring procedures are followed in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities will include
- Supporting the administration of the hiring and selection process, including updating job specs, writing adverts, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews etc
- Working closely with hiring managers, advising on schedules, advertising, appropriate selection methods etc
- Providing recruitment market analysis in support of the recruitment process and strategy
- Helping build online / social media presence and creating an attractive Employer Brand
**Requirements**:

- A strong track record within recruitment, either within an agency or in-house recruitment function
- Demonstrated knowledge of managing high volume recruitment campaigns
- Knowledge of defining shortlisting criteria
- Must have worked with a Recruitment system / ATS previously
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- you'll have a busy workload
**The Package**:
