An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our recruitment business in Northwich for a Payroll Assistant/Administrator.
Joining a very successful small business you will be working closely with our team, clients and stakeholders to develop and maintain a quality payroll service.
This is a part time position, _(9.30am
- 3.30pm or to be discussed)_ Monday to Thursday. £13.50ph
We would love to hear from people who
- Are proactive, organised, and reliable
- Have some Payroll administration/finance experience and desire for this field
- Are friendly and love working as part of a team who fully support each other
Duties include but are not limited to;
- Managing accounts systems
- Calculation of weekly timesheets
- Knowledge of Xero accountancy system advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Input and reconciliation of weekly payrolls
- Collation of input; new starters, pay related changes, variable payments etc
- Dealing with pay related queries in a timely manner.
- Processing and checking
- Weekly housekeeping checks
- Compliance administration
- Inputting invoices on accounts system
- Reconciliation
- Undertake administration duties as part of the office team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Northwich, CW9 5BY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
