We are seeking a personable individual with 'Handyman' skills to join our growing team. This would include repairs such as, small scale - joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering. We work on a range of properties both domestic and commercial, so a good knowledge of general building practices and up to date health and safety knowledge is essential.

A valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence is required. We have a fleet of our own vehicles that can be used to get to and from sites.

Salary is negotiable upon interview.

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blackburn, BB2 4NY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
