**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Team Management**:

- Lead and manage a team of technicians, supervisors, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations in the auto body and paint department. Foster a collaborative, efficient, and high-performance team culture.
- **Strategy Development & Implementation**:
Develop and execute strategic initiatives for the growth and improvement of aftersales services, specifically in auto body repairs and painting. Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the team to drive service excellence and operational efficiency.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by overseeing quality control of repairs and paint services. Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions.Oversee the quality of all body and paint work, ensuring that repairs meet manufacturer standards and customer expectations. Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and health and safety protocols.Develop and manage budgets for the auto body and paint departments, optimizing resources, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability while maintaining high service quality.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for automotive parts, paint materials, and equipment. Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials required for the department’s operations.Develop training programs and ensure continuous improvement for technicians and service staff. Foster skill development in line with new technologies, trends, and customer expectations.Ensure that all operations comply with local safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies, especially in handling hazardous materials like paint chemicals and automotive components.**Requirements**:

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in automotive repair and paint processes are a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of auto body repair, paint processes, and related technologies
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., ERP systems, workshop management software)
