What You'll do:
The Logistics Administrator will be responsible to support the Global Logistics team with import and export activities to OneWeb ground stations, customers, and distribution partners across the globe. This position is within the Global Logistics team of the Ground Infrastructure Group. The scope of the work performed has direct impact on commercial schedule and operations, customer demonstrations and trials.

Primary responsibilities:

- Prepare shipment documentation such as, Commercial Invoice, Pro-Forma, Packing List, Certificates of Origin, and proofread all associated export and import documents (AWB, BOL, BL)
- Monitor progress of shipments and perform daily shipment tracker updates
- Perform regular internal shipment record keeping audits for conformity
- Maintain meticulous shipment records for tax and audit purposes
- Travel to domestic and international Ground sites to perform site inventory audits
- Generate RMA, shipping, and inventory KPI reports
- Maintain and perform updates to process documentation
- Pull freight forwarder shipping reports for quarterly insurance evaluations
- Create and maintain parts library containing photos, description, and export classifications
- Generate and manage site bill of materials (BOM)
- Create, attend, and summarize meetings, record meeting minutes, capture and track actions items
- Work with internal finance and billing teams to ensure timely payments of invoices
- Act as point of contact for internal and external customers on shipment tracking and other general logistics assignments
- Support inventory, and asset management functions as needed
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Global Logistics Manager to meet business needs

What it Takes:

- At least 1 year of experience in Logistics, Import-Export or related activities
- Ability to construct metrics and KPI's
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Office, Power Point, Visio, Project)
- Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external contacts
- Must exhibit the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in order of importance and manage multiple projects at once with critical deadlines
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up 15%

Where You'll Be: As part of the Global Logistics Group, this role offers the opportunity to work remotely full time as a part of the London office. Occasional travel as required to sites to receive deliveries, perform site asset audits, and perform site survey for future deliveries and storage, and report back to Global Logistics team.
