We're recruiting a Warehouse Coordinator for our client, a market-leading manufacturer based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a home known brand where you'll coordinate the replenishment, picking and packing of spare parts as wellas coordinate workshop repairs and annual stocktakes.

**Responsibilities**:

- To be responsible for warehouse functions for the Factory Service Centre (FSC)
- To ensure a high level of quality, efficiency and consistency in providing the administration support for warehouse functions
- To receive, pick, replenish, and pack products
- Liaise with other FSC's & warehouses to verify the deliveries received
- To carry out the transfer of stock in a timely manner to/from applicable warehouses
- To carry out the replenishment of all picking locations
- To be responsible for ensuring monthly reports are submitted on time
- To be responsible for booking in returned items for the workshop
- To pick spare parts for technicians
- To pack completed workshop repairs
- To put away spare parts in the correct locations
- To carry out an annual stocktake
- To assist in performing any additional assignments and duties as required by the needs of the Business as directed by your line manager
**Requirements**:

- Good general standard of education
- Experience in a Warehouse/Logistics environment
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to enter data accurately
- Fork truck/MHE experience
- Organising, and/or planning skills in a warehouse/logistics background
- Positive attitude/outlook
- Flexible approach
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the team
- The ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
