**Role Overview**:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Executive - Demand Generation will work to drive lead generation and growth marketing activities to support Unity5's strategic objectives. The role will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing strategies to generate and nurture leads, contributing to Unity5's overall marketing plan.

**Accountabilities, responsibilities & main duties**:
Demand Generation:

- Work with the Marketing Director to develop and execute demand generation strategies to identify and engage prospects and clients at various stages of the marketing funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and optimise the lead-to-customer conversion process.
- Plan, implement, and manage growth marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Digital, Social, Advertising, Direct, Events, Sponsorships, and Content Marketing.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Ensure efficient budget allocation for demand generation campaigns and monitor profitability dynamics.
- Plan and execute ABM strategies to target specific accounts, including a mix of tools and tactics.

**Marketing Technology and Data**:

- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance marketing and sales revenue operations, managing technical aspects of the marketing tech stack.
- Optimise cross-functional team alignment to improve workflows and information management, particularly between the Customer Success and Sales teams.
- Maintain CRM data quality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

**Requirements**:

- A strong interest in marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

The role is being offered on a hybrid basis (3 days a week in our Winslade Park office).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
