The main roles of this position will be as below: -- Preparing weekly and monthly analysis for the performance of each business against month end accounts
- Forecasting business performance and supporting management in understanding the performance of each business against forecast
- Development of business cases
- Assisting in the annual audit and other projects as required
- Overseeing all invoicing functions and keeping the Xero system up-to-date
- Payment of suppliers, VAT, NI, Tax and employee expenses
- Managing Cash Flow
- Producing Monthly Reports
- Preparing year end accounts
- Running Payroll and Nest Pension for employees
- Credit Control
- Supporting Management in all financial matters
- Experience on Xero Accounting Software
- The ability to work alone and be able to communicate well when necessary

Salary is negotiable on a pro-rata basis depending on experience.
