Join us to help lead our team as we embark on our ambitious plans for growth and development of children's hospice care in the South West.
**About the Role**
We are investing in our Nursing leadership and delivery, and this post is one of three roles joining our dedicated Senior Care Leadership Team who are passionate about making a difference to the difference to the lives of the children and families we support. In this role you will be supporting the hospice teams deliver care to a high standard with a consistent approach. Your focus will be leading on end of life care, community working, clinical standards and patent safety.
**About You**
You will be a registered nurse with experience of working in a leadership role with clinical experience and competence, including extensive post qualification experience working with children/adults with a life limiting / life threatening condition, chronic illness or disability in a variety of settings; acute, community. A Non Medical Prescriber qualification would be advantageous but this is not essential.
We are looking for someone who understands the role of a hospice and shares the core values and behaviours of the organisation, an approachable confident leader who ensures quality is accessible and achievable for everyone. The post holder must be able to work independently and also collaboratively with a wide range of care and medical staff and managers at all levels. The ability to work with IT and technology is essential.
This post can be based at any of our Hospice locations and to ensure visibility and support, will also be required to travel to all three hospices.
