**Overview**:
Rare opportunity for a CeMAP 1 qualified trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser to work for one of the best-known estate agency brands in the Brighton area.

**Main Duties**:
A rare opportunity has arisen for a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser possessing the minimum of the CeMAP 1 qualification to join an established estate agency office in the Brighton area.

Working within in an estate agency office with full training and support provided, you will work closely with the established team.

This team will generate new mortgage leads for the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser based in Brighton on a daily basis. Speaking with the new enquires, you will carry out an in-depth fact find to source the right mortgage and protection policies to suittheir needs.

As well as receiving new leads, you will also have access to the branches existing and loyal client database, where as a mortgage broker you will offer the customers a remortgage service ensuring that they receive the best possible advice available.

**Remuneration**:
Basic to £25,000, plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, OTE £45,000 - £65,000

**Key Skills**:
For this trainee mortgage broker vacancy in Brighton, previous face to face sales experience, a full UK driving licence, self-motivated and ideally possessing the CeMAP 1 qualification is required.

Attention to detail along with excellent communication skills and the willingness to learn is imperative.

Applications will be considered from trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser with the part of the CeMAP qualification, previous sales experience gained in a structured financial services environment.
