Nursery Practitioner

Orchard Day Nursery are recruiting for a qualified practitioner to join our Outstanding Team

We have a position available & please feel free to get in touch to discuss; we are interested in a full time/part time/flexible or temporary contract.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Monitor and record children's progress, behavior, and development
- Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about their child's day
- Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting is preferred
- Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum
- Ability to engage and interact with children in a positive and nurturing manner
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
