**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team at The Royal Dunkeld Hotel. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service. Your role will involve managing customer interactions, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere, and supporting the overall operations of the front of house.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and explain daily specials to customers.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with guests.
- A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
