**About the role: Casual Digital Admissions Adviser**

We are looking for temporary Digital Admissions Advisers to join our Contact Centre team on a casual basis and support with our telephone enquiries.

In this role, no two days are the same. From responding to telephones enquiries, supporting with administrative tasks such as absence and attendance marking, and offering technical support to prospective students. You will be joining our established team of friendly advisers to ensure we deliver and maintain an exceptional service to all customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in expanding their skills in customer service and administrative support within the education sector, as well as a range of transferrable skills.

You may not have considered using your skills in this way before, so this could take your career and experience in a new direction and may also present opportunities longer term, to provide you with a varied and fulfilling career path.
