**What we're looking for?**

We’re looking for a daytime supervisor to join our talented team at Pickled Pumpkin Catering. We have recently taken over The Limetree and our aim is to make this restaurant into a destination Coffee shop/restaurant we're looking for talented people to help us do so

Our Supervisor will enhance the dining experience in our renowned venue through strong leadership and coaching of the small team, supporting each individual in delivering a warm and lasting impression to our guests. Our Restaurant Supervisor will have a natural flair for hospitality and be excited to deliver an outstanding, relaxed and personable service.

**Our restaurant supervisor must have;**
- A passion for hospitality, food and beverage and exceptional guest service
- Previous experience as a Restaurant supervisor within a premium quality restaurant/cafe
- A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the standards and the highest levels of guest satisfaction at all times
- A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing team
- A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the restaurant
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written - to ensure clear communication
- Ability to multi task and effectively manage relationships at all levels

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Being the key leader of the restaurant, effectively managing the team and driving revenue and standards
- Responsibility for leading, inspiring and motivating the restaurant team to achieve loyalty and retention
- Responsible for the overall planning, business development and success of the restaurant alongside the Head Chef
- To deliver the concept and values of Pickled Pumpkin Catering
- Establish the restaurant as a destination dining experience through exceptional service and guest loyalty
- Effectively coordinate, control and manage all resources and commercials to deliver all targets of the P&L

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
