**Job Description**:
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Pensions & Reward Coordinator to join our HR/Reward team on a full-time permanent basis Within this role, you will support the formulation and implementation of the Group’s reward strategy, ensuring we provide a total reward package that attracts, retains and motivates the right talent to establish and maintain a high performing culture.
Internally, this role is known as a Organisational Design & Reward Coordinator.
**Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexibility for hybrid working following successful probation)**
As the Reward Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Manage pensions for all business units, including collation of data and aligning auto-enrolment dates across the Group.
- Accountable for monthly/annual updates and the transfer of data to external benefit providers and platforms such as processing of joiners, movers and leavers.
- Action and respond to pension queries, which include housekeeping via the external database.
- Ensure correct rates are applied to all colleague contributions.
- Maintain the benefits offerings for the Group and its administration, such as private medical and life assurance.
- Support the maintenance of the reward platform and benefit request approvals.
- Support the production of automated HR controlling data (monthly reporting/statistics) including the compilation of monthly KPI reports.
- Support on wellbeing programmes, campaigns and initiatives across the Group from communications to roadshows.
- Support on relevant benchmarking activities to ensure that quality market information can be used when making remuneration decisions.
- Identify data set anomalies through practical use of and auditing of multiple systems to ensure data integrity.
- Carry out initial research and analysis to feed into senior management, provide data expertise and translation from external annual compensation surveys, salary reviews, gender pay gap and equal pay reporting, benefits benchmarking and the monitoring of the living wage requirements and such other compensation reporting as appropriate.
**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrable experience within administration and HR clerical or pensions.
- Knowledge of reward, compensation and benefits would be beneficial.
- Experience working for a fast growing company and reviewing of policies and processes.
- Competency with MS Office, particularly with Excel along with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrable experience working with a variety of relevant IT systems and databases.
- Ability to influence and deliver change.
- Strong analytical skills with good experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management reports and information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships (both internally and externally to the organisation).
- Strong understanding of job evaluation schemes and employment law is beneficial.
- Highly numerate, with an ability to interrogate and analyse data to shape insight.
