You will be working within established multidisciplinary teams providing expert nutritional advice to patients while supporting and educating the wider team to provide patient centered care. There will be involvement in all areas with support from advanced specialist dietitians in all rotations Though this is a permanent role, applicants who are interested in part time role can also be considered and accommodated if suitable. 1. To work as an autonomous Specialist Dietitian and provide a comprehensive and effective dietetic service. 2. To work very closely with the multi-disciplinary teams. 3. To provide assessment, management and education for acute patients requiring specialist dietetic and nutrition intervention. 4. To provide training and advice to health care professionals on the dietary management of their patients. 5. To audit and evaluate the outcome of the service provided.
