Sales Progressor

**Sales Progressor / Maidenhead, Berkshire / Office based / Permanent**
**Overview**:
My client, a fantastic FTSE 100 organisation, are seeking a Sales Progressor on a permanent basis to join their rapidly growing team.
Within the role you will act as the main point of contact for multiple external entities and work closely with internal teams. You will be super organized, personable and a team player
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Progress matters from reservation through to completion in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaise with sales team, customer relations, solicitors, lawyers and third parties on a daily basis
- Checking authority to exchange/contracts/leases/transfers, getting documents signed, scanned and returned to solicitors
- Hold weekly meetings with solicitors

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience within Sales Progression in property
- Legal conveyancing knowledge is a bonus
- Effective and strong communicator
- Competent with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

**Package**:

- £30,000 - £35,000
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Health insurance
