We are currently recruiting for a Number of Food & Beverage Hosts for our 2021 season at the UK’s most exciting Castle. 2021 is set to be one of the most thrilling years yet, we’re celebrating Oktoberfest, our Haunted Castle returns for Halloween and we have our stunning open air ice rink and light trail planned for the Christmas season.

Reporting into the Food and Beverage Manager you will join our guest obsessed commercial team. Keeping our guests fed and watered in one of our restaurants or food units across the beautiful Castle grounds. We need energetic and fun loving people to help us exceed our customer expectations, delivering first class customer service and taking pride in the products we offer.

**What we need from you**:

- Have a passion for delivering excellent service, always 2021 is set to be one of the most exciting years yet, we’re celebrating having a bright smile regardless of the weather
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Have passion for our brand
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be able to clearly communicate to our guest and your colleagues
- Most importantly have fun at work to create memorable experiences

This is a seasonal role. Due to the nature of our business you will be required to work weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is therefore essential.
