**Type of role**: FTC- 12 month & 9 month

The Pricing & Events Analyst (PEA) plays an important role in the implementation, measurement and optimisation of our pricing and availability strategies.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Implementation, measurement and optimisation of agreed Pricing and Availability strategies across the UK estate, to ensure delivery of performance at a site night level, mostly focused on Event nights
- Supporting the PEM to communicate key pricing strategies, in-line with the business cycle process and aligned to commercial plans defined by TA and CLs.
- Utilise MI to identify risks, issues, and opportunities to revenue delivery, and in time, work with the PEM to formulate appropriate changes to our pricing levers to maximise performance.
- Leveraging to increase RevPAR for key events and instances of exceptional demand, as identified by Demand MI.
- Support the PEM in small and step-change development of pricing models, potentially leading to standard set-up changes and development.

**What you’ll need**:

- A good communicator, with an ability to manage workload through an existing backlog of tasks with flexibility to balance the priorities and changing needs of multiple stakeholders.
- An understanding of the basic principles of pivot tables, excel etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly numerate.
- Intermediate Excel and Tableau data manipulation skills, with strong presentation capability is desirable but not required.
- Curious, detail focussed, with an ability to interpret data, identify trends and turn insight in to action plans.
