**B3 Call Handler**

**Location**: Abingdon

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Duration of booking**: Expected to last 3 months with possible extension

**Proposed start date**: ASAP

**Pay Rates**:£12.10 per hour Umbrella or £10.81 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday

**Working Days and Hours**:Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours per week to cover service times 8am-8pm

**Sector**: Healthcare

**Base**:Healthcare Office Based

**Key Duties**
- Answering calls from members of the public
- Passing queries to the correct teams
- Using Care notes to add patients to the correct waiting lists for clinicians to action

**Experience Skills and Knowledge**
- GCSE level English (or equivalent), at grade C or above.
- Higher Education qualification (i.e. 'A' Level/NVQ III standard) or equivalent/previous experience in an Administration Assistant role.

**Desirable criteria**
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment
- Working knowledge of Care Notes and the Patient Browser
- Data analysis and interpretation skills
