VEHICLE VALETER

Due to growing volume, Helensburgh Toyota require a Valeter for their sales and service operation at Helensburgh Toyota. The job will primarily involve valeting used, sold and service customer vehicles to a high standard.

Training will be provided so no previous experience is required, making this this is a great chance to learn a new skill.

Working as part of our team, the varied duties and responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and valeting all new and used vehicles and those processed by the workshop with meticulous attention to detail;
- Collection and delivery of vehicles;
- Maintaining displays by regular dusting, washing and polishing;
- Complete inspections of all vehicles delivered to site including associated delivery paperwork.
- Helping to provide a “wash & hoover” to all vehicles that come through the service department each day.
- Understanding or able to learn the safe use of cleaning chemicals and similar products necessary including the safe use of a pressure washer cleaner, machine polisher and other related equipment;
- Full Driving Licence Essential;
- Experience in Vehicle Valeting preferred;
- Have the ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Be able to work consistently with high standards;
- Be able to deal with customer queries in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Be reliable and have a pleasant manner;
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within your working area;
Desirable:
Previous experience in the motor sector would be an advantage.

Conditions:
35 hours per week - 10am-6pm although some flexibility is possible.

Rota Saturday morning overtime as required

£10.42ph
