We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Executive who will actively engage and work with existing and new users to develop our services, enhance our offers and ensure that we are delivering to their expectations.
- **Key responsibilities**:_
- Build and maintain close relationships with users to win and retain business.
- Formulate strategies, initiatives and drive targeted new business within specific sectors.
- Develop, manage and maintain a database of segmented and core customers, fostering relationships. Ensure potential prospects are engaged with on a regular basis.
- Work closely with our marketing team to execute targeted campaigns, provide ongoing feedback on the effectiveness of the campaigns and assist in the development of support materials for the sales activity (brochures, presentations, social media etc)
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPI’s
- Create and develop a strong sales pipeline and optimise conversions.
- Organise meetings and demos with potential/existing customers.
- Provide business admin support as and when required.
- **ABOUT YOU**_
You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in roles with a significant focus on business development and relationship building.
You will be enthusiastic, a motivated self-starter, confident and pro-active individual. in providing input that will guide and shape our product. You’ve got a strong ability to think practically and constructively in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment.
- **KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**_
- Proven B2B experience (experience within the retail sector would be advantageous)
- Exceptional people skills to build meaningful business relationships
- Maximise and manage the delivery of revenue through events, services, and all other commercial partnerships.
- Increase sales through the conversion of incoming and outgoing queries.
- Develop and optimise our Lead Generation activities.
- Target orientated and sales-driven individual.
- Agile and open to change; act as a collaborative team player who is solution-oriented
- Comfortable working in a high pressure, fast-paced environment where identifying needs, providing solutions, and adding value is a prerequisite
- Commercial awareness and a creative problem solver with the ability to think laterally and understand the cost and value drivers within a competitive business environment
