**About Moulton Main Garage Ltd**

We are an established and growing independent garage based in Northampton. Our aim is to provide customers with a main dealer level of service without the main dealer price tag.

We are looking for a friendly and professional Vehicle Service Advisor to join our team. If you take pride in excellent customer service and enjoy working in a busy and varied environment, this could be the ideal role for you.

**Main responsibilities**
- Greet customers and manage their vehicle bookings
- Provide clear updates and explain any recommended work or repairs
- Work closely with technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time
- Maintain accurate customer records and service history
- Help create a positive experience throughout the customer journey

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer facing automotive role
- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing and basic mechanical understanding
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone
- Strong organisation and time management
- Comfortable using booking systems and general office software
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
